Women in Telecom

Women in Telecommunications is an all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to education and networking. We are a group of professional women and men from all facets of the communications industry. Wo-men in Telecom is dedicated to creating an ethical, innovative, and diverse telecommunications industry where all can excel.

We endeavor to fulfill our mission by hosting a regular speaker series that focuses on key topics in communications and hosting other networking events. The typical format is that we gather for an evening of networking and discussion on topics of interest to the communications industry.

Near field communication, or NFC... What is it?

Near field communication, or NFC, allows for simplified transactions, data exchange, and connections with a touch.
