Deb Siegle has more than 25 years of marketing, customer service, and sales experience in public and privately-held companies in high tech, healthcare, and professional services. She brings a unique combination of strategic and tactical skills developed through line experience at fast-growing companies. Deb assists clients with strategic research, market and product development, technology industry analysis, and customer loyalty and experience projects.

Prior to founding Strategic Marketing Solutions, Deb held senior level positions in customer satisfaction and service, marketing, product management, and market development for FirstWorld Communications, MFS Intelenet, and Centex Telemanagement among others. Deb facilitated $200M financing efforts at one company through service, product delivery, revenue modeling and competitive positioning. At another, she helped accelerate the company’s Initial Public Offering.

Deb is currently president of Women in Telecommunications (WiT). She has also held leadership positions in other industry associations.

Deb holds a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BBA from the University of Michigan. She is a popular speaker and has been featured in executive webinars and podcasts on "The Customer Voice", "Building Customer Loyalty,” "The Power of Retention Marketing,” and “How Research Can Reveal New Insights into Your Customers, Your Product, & Your Brand.”

IEEE Computer Society - Silicon Valley Chapter Event February 9th

IEEE Computer Society - Silicon Valley Chapter is re-launching.
The IEEE CS Chapter is the first technical meeting, Feb. 9.

Give your feedback to the FCC for their development of a National Broadband Plan

Anita Taff-Rice and I recently attended a session co-hosted by the Churchill Club and TechNet where Blair Levin, FCC Executive Director, Broadband Initiative, and Carlos Kirjner, FCC Senior Advisor to the Chairman discussed their desire for input on the National Broadband plan.
