OBJECTIVE: Maintain a telecommunications and data network. Support customers as needed. Perform tasks as required to keep critical communications devices in proper working order for customers.

EMPLOYMENT:

AT&T Legacy Network
Network Technical Specialist October 2006 – present
-Provide support for AT&T Central Office equipment, such as 4ESS, 5ESS and DMS
-maintain backbone and edge routers
-complete twisted pair, cable and fiber jumper installation and acceptance testing for
DS-1 up to OC768.
-Provision cross connect cards.
-Analyze trouble in lightguide and DS-3 cable installation, using testing equipment.
-Replacing cards in frame relay cabinets, routers, modem banks; replacing servers, channelbanks.
-Perform routine maintenance on rectifiers, batteries and related power equipment.
-Keep detailed records of work activities on tracking tickets.
-Respond to Priority one tickets on scheduled callout weekends.
